Are you using Gas for cooking?
Please provide Gas Compliance Certificate for your set up. This needs to be in date to show your gas compliance also must be displayed while trading at GMM. THIS CERTIFICATE WILL NOT BE ISSUED ONSITE!!
Your setup will be checked onsite once you are ready for trade GMM event. If you don't meet gas standards you will be asked to leave.

- Food vans only need to be licenced with one Council – their mobile licence is recognised anywhere within the State (as their set up does not change) 

- Any temporary food stall holder (market stall) that comes from outside of the Gympie Region has to obtain either an event specific or annual temporary licence from Council. This is to ensure that their set up (which may change depending on the event they are attending) complies with the minimum requirements.
